Climb them to find a Balan Statue at the top. At the far end here, on the wall, there are some webs. Go back out through the gate again for a moment, switch to your Web Wrangler Costume and go right (assuming you’re facing away from the gate). Press the button on the platform left of the big gate to open it and head inside, the first Balan Statue is here. Head forwards at the start of the level until you reach a platform with a Tornado Wolf Costume and collect it.
